What do we do?
We create a platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience for people managing construction contracts – both on the side of investors and contractors. We organize conferences, seminars and workshops, support research and publications, cooperate with scientific institutions and international organizations. We strive to improve the quality of the construction process in Poland, promoting good practices in the scope of cooperation of parties involved in the implementation of investment projects, limiting disputes arising from this, standardizing rules of conduct, education and harmonization of regulations with European standards.

The Society of Construction Law was founded as an institution operating for the public benefit, education and research in the field of construction law. It currently brings together dozens of countries from all over the world, and this number is constantly growing, enabling the flow of knowledge and ideas at the international level. Thanks to the international cooperation of SCL branches, it is possible to participate in global conferences, joint publications and build a network of professional contacts at the international level.

W dniu 9 grudnia 2025 r. na Wydziale Prawa, Administracji i Ekonomii UWr. odbyła się Konferencja naukowa zatytułowana „Instrumenty wspierające dynamikę realizacji procesu inwestycyjnego” zorganizowana przez Society of Construction Law Poland oraz Katedrę Prawa Gospodarczego i Handlowego.
