Stanis\u0142aw Koziarski is a civil engineer and a licensed member of the Polish Chamber of Civil Engineers. He holds unlimited professional qualifications for both the design and execution of construction works. Since 2007, he has been a partner at Thomas-Koziarski Consulting sp. j., a consulting firm specializing in Claim and Contract Management in the construction sector. He has held management roles in companies operating in general building, road, and bridge construction. As an expert, he focuses on delay analysis and financial engineering in the execution of infrastructure projects, particularly in the oil and gas industry, energy sector, transport infrastructure, and building construction.<\/div>
