Thank You for Attending the SCL Poland Launch Event<\/strong><\/p>

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all Participants of the Launch Event of the Society of Construction Law Poland<\/strong>, held on 8 October 2025 in Warsaw, for your presence, active participation, inspiring conversations, and the time we spent together<\/strong>.\nYour engagement and enthusiasm created an exceptional atmosphere of openness and collaboration \u2013 the best foundation for the growth of our Society.<\/p>

We sincerely thank you for the valuable discussions during the breaks, the many new ideas and suggestions for SCL Poland\u2019s future activities<\/strong>, as well as the numerous declarations of membership<\/strong> and involvement in our initiatives.\nThanks to your energy, we can clearly see how strong the need is to build in Poland a professional environment based on trust, integrity, and constructive dialogue among all participants of the investment process.<\/p>

Our special thanks go to our distinguished Guests, Ms Rebecca Shorter, Mr Robert Wheal, and Mr Milan Peri\u0107<\/strong>, representing the international Society of Construction Law community.\nTheir presence highlighted the importance of cooperation and exchange of experience within the global SCL network.<\/p>

We also wish to thank the panelists of the discussion \u201cSoft Law in Project Delivery and Construction Disputes\u201d<\/strong> \u2014 Mr Marek Miller, Ms Barbara Skardzi\u0144ska, Mr Andrzej Rybicki, and Mr Mariusz Pot\u0119pa \u2014 whose engaging debate addressed many important topics calling for improvements, new solutions, and innovative tools for collaboration.\nThe insights and recommendations raised during the discussion provide valuable guidance for the further development of SCL Poland.<\/p>
